What is a “No Payment Loan”?

Here’s how it works…

If your client is behind on their first or the second deed of trust for the amount of $50,000 or more; The Loan Man will secure a no-payment loan on their behalf to bring their loans current.

Once their loans are current, the Loan Man will put them in his exclusive Credit Development Program to raise their FICO score while demonstrating to their 1st TD lender that they’re able to keep all payments current for a 6 to 12-month period of time; The Loan Man will help them obtain long term financing for the best interest rate they qualify for;.

The no-payment loan takes the pressure off your client’s monthly payments so they can reorganize their finances.

The Loan Man provides all the necessary services such as Escrow, Preparing the loan docs etc & you get to keep 50% of the total commission.
